What you will do

• Lead a team designing and developing scalable software applications using generative AI models.
• Drive rapid feature development and iteration based on evaluation results.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Mountain View, California, US
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years software development experience; 5+ years in technical leadership and people management roles.
• Strong machine learning foundation with experience in media generation, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or related ML fields.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
