What you will do

• Collaborate with AI/ML scientists and architects to research, design, develop, and evaluate generative AI solutions.
• Engage directly with customers to understand business problems and guide implementation and adoption of generative AI solutions.
• Optimize customer solutions through model selection, training, tuning, distillation, and hardware optimization.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to influence product direction.

Requirements

• Location: Remote work with flexibility across US geographic markets
• 3+ years of experience building machine learning models for business applications.
• PhD or Master's degree with 6+ years of applied research experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.

Nice to have

• Experience with modeling tools like R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems such as Hadoop and Spark.
