What you will do
- Own growth and retention of existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell motions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for each account, mapping solutions to customer requirements.
- Own the renewal forecast, negotiation, and close by identifying and resolving risks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless customer hand-off, product adoption, and expansion.
- Be accountable for accurate forecasting, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and expansion quota attainment.
- Document customer contact and activity data within CRM / Marketing software.
Requirements
- Holds expert-level experience to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively.
- Possesses deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes.
- Demonstrates expert-level presentation, customer service, business acumen, and negotiation skills.
- Has a complete, “big-picture” understanding of business and technical contexts of key account opportunities.
- Is fully adept at consultative effectiveness and establishing trust with customers.
- Shows fully functional knowledge of sales methodologies and security software solutions.
- English: B2 required

- BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
