What you will do

• Develop deep understanding of hirify.global’s cloud management platform and services to support clients.
• Maintain ownership and communication with assigned customers and vendor teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage customer support escalations ensuring high satisfaction.
• Negotiate and close long-term contracts balancing customer, vendor, and company interests.
• Identify new workload and cost optimization opportunities within customer cloud environments.
• Provide customer feedback to engineering teams and deliver quarterly reviews tracking projects and spending.

Requirements

• Must be located in Japan, ideally Tokyo, with remote work setup.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
• 2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Customer Engineering roles.
• 3+ years experience in a technology company with strong technical skills.
• Excellent operational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or other major public clouds.
• Cloud certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner or Google Cloud Digital Leader.
