TL;DR

Partner Operations Manager (HR Tech): Leading and managing cross-functional initiatives to shape and improve the partnership funnel, with an accent on onboarding, driving strategic business initiatives, and maturing partnership processes. Focus on translating business requirements into detailed documentation, building dashboards, and developing playbooks for partner onboarding.

Location: Must be based in the London Area and willing to work in our London office at least two days a week. Temporary remote work from anywhere in the world for up to 2 months is available after 6 months of employment.

What you will do

  • Plan, design, and manage cross-functional projects end-to-end.
  • Own and optimize the partnership funnel.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed documentation, including user stories, solution specifications, process diagrams, and KPI tracking models.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between the partner domain and our CRM team.
  • Implement processes, frameworks, and operational structure for the Partner organization.
  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in partner operations or a partner-facing organization, especially with top-of-funnel motion.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes.
  • Tech-savvy with enthusiasm for fast-paced startup environments.
  • Three or more years of experience in project management and information systems with a technical background.
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, PartnerStack, Workato, Asana, Outreach, and Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Interest in HR Tech and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be located in the London Area and willing to work in our London office at least two days a week.
