What you will do

• Configure, implement, and launch US Payroll and benefits administration systems for clients.
• Provide expert guidance and advise customers on optimal system setup.
• Support customer onboarding, resolving payroll and benefits administration issues.
• Manage multiple customer implementations, deadlines, and priorities.
• Interact with product specialists and development teams regarding delivery and roadmap.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of US Payroll systems and benefits administration solutions implementation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of the implementation lifecycle and ability to meet go-live deadlines.
• Experience managing multiple customers simultaneously and handling competing priorities.
• Experience guiding customers through system integrations and providing in-depth training sessions.
• Ability to spot anomalies in payroll processes and perform complex reconciliations.
• Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Prior knowledge of benefit administration systems such as PlanSource, Everything Benefits, ADP, or Employee Navigator.
• Prior knowledge of US Payroll systems such as ADP, Rippling, Paychex, Gusto, or SurePayroll.
• Experience working with APIs and integrations.
• Experience onboarding customers into a new payroll and benefit admin platform/service.
