What you will do
- Manage and grow a customer pipeline focused on upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify upselling opportunities through strategic account analysis and communication.
- Deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and product demos.
- Collaborate with onboarding and product teams to ensure smooth product implementation.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- English and Spanish fluency required.
- Proven sales success with a focus on upselling or account expansion, preferably in hotel tech.
- Experience or education in hospitality operations and strong industry knowledge.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Business Suite, Groove, Zendesk, Canva, and Generative AI.
- Willingness to travel less than 10% of the time.
Nice to have
- Experience selling PMS or other hotel technology software.
- Portuguese language skills.
