What you will do

  • Manage and grow a customer pipeline focused on upselling and cross-selling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Identify upselling opportunities through strategic account analysis and communication.
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and product demos.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and product teams to ensure smooth product implementation.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • English and Spanish fluency required.
  • Proven sales success with a focus on upselling or account expansion, preferably in hotel tech.
  • Experience or education in hospitality operations and strong industry knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Business Suite, Groove, Zendesk, Canva, and Generative AI.
  • Willingness to travel less than 10% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling PMS or other hotel technology software.
  • Portuguese language skills.
