What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure powering applications, APIs, and data systems.
• Champion DevOps culture to enhance speed, reliability, and agility.
• Own cloud security and compliance to protect clients and business.
• Build scalable, fault-tolerant systems for a rapidly growing product.
• Drive automation and monitoring for efficiency and transparency.
• Collaborate with product, R&D, and security teams on infrastructure and business alignment.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Tampa, Florida, USA
• 7+ years experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles.
• Strong cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Expertise in CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud security.
• Proven scripting and automation skills (TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Bash).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with SOC2, ISO27001, or other compliance frameworks.
• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.
