What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure powering applications, APIs, and data systems.
- Champion DevOps culture to enhance speed, reliability, and agility.
- Own cloud security and compliance to protect clients and business.
- Build scalable, fault-tolerant systems for a rapidly growing product.
- Drive automation and monitoring for efficiency and transparency.
- Collaborate with product, R&D, and security teams on infrastructure and business alignment.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in Tampa, Florida, USA
- 7+ years experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles.
- Strong cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Expertise in CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud security.
- Proven scripting and automation skills (TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Bash).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with SOC2, ISO27001, or other compliance frameworks.
- Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.
