What you will do
- Explore, build, test, and deploy AI agents/automations that enhance HR processes.
- Design scalable, reliable workflows that integrate with core people systems while maintaining security and data privacy.
- Implement prompt patterns and eval harnesses to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.
- Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and People Operations teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven impact.
- Collaborate with Data, AI Platform, and Engineering teams to request new actions and define requirements.
- Act as a trusted AI advisor within P&C, prioritizing use cases by value and feasibility.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a QA / Business application developer / Implementation Engineer/ Sales Engineer/ HR systems analyst / People analytics specialist in a global SaaS or technology company.
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code automation tools and advanced prompt engineering.
- Understanding of “context engineering” principles for AI solutions and methods to mitigate hallucinations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—able to rapidly prototype, validate, and iterate solutions end-to-end based on business value.
- English B2+ required.
Nice to have
- Background in designing and delivering AI-driven HR workflows, partnering closely with HR or People Ops teams.
- Familiarity with HR systems and data platforms (Workday, Bob, ATS, LMS, Salesforce, Snowflake, etc.).
- Solid SQL for data analysis, process optimization, and reporting on HR metrics.
