What you will do

• Perform manual QA tests and exploratory testing on the web platform
• Generate clear bug reports and support engineering teams in debugging
• Validate UI against product designs and monitor for visual changes
• Ensure quality of tax automation and optimization services
• Communicate progress, risks, and challenges in QA activities
• Work within core UK/Europe business hours to liaise with R&D team

Requirements

• Location: United Kingdom or Philippines
• English: Full professional proficiency (C1)
• 7+ years manual web testing experience
• Experience with test plans, white-box testing, REST API testing
• Ability to work independently and deliver to tight deadlines
• University degree or equivalent in CS, IT, or Software Testing

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CI/CD environments
• Understanding of usability and user experience principles
