What you will do

• Define and enforce QA strategies and best practices across SAFe programs
• Ensure quality processes across Scrum teams including functional, regression, automation, performance, and integration testing
• Identify and mitigate quality risks early
• Collaborate with RTEs, Product Managers, and Scrum Masters to integrate quality into planning and ceremonies
• Track testing progress, risks, and quality metrics for stakeholders
• Support release readiness and quality gates before deployment

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or able to work remotely from the US
• Proven experience designing and developing test strategies for commercial projects
• High proficiency in testing documentation and execution of various testing types
• Experience with standard testing tools and database administration (SQL, NoSQL)
• Mastery of Agile methodologies and artifacts

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD tools and debugging proxy tools
• Mastery in mobile testing best practices and automation test approaches
• Experience with cloud project testing and test data migration
