Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania with a requirement to attend office at least 2 days a week and a nomad policy allowing up to 30 days remote work abroad per year

Salary: €2,083–€2,900 gross per month

What you will do

• Analyze transaction monitoring alerts and document investigation findings promptly
• Identify and escalate suspicious customer activity to compliance leads
• Collaborate with compliance, product, and engineering teams to test and improve transaction monitoring rules
• Conduct customer due diligence including KYC, PEP, sanctions, and adverse media screenings
• Support implementation of internal compliance rules, standards, and processes
• Prepare regular reports and statistics on transaction monitoring and compliance KPIs

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills (oral and written)
• Minimum 1 year experience in compliance/AML in financial services
• Familiarity with transaction monitoring and AML software tools
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
