What you will do
- Reach out to potential clients through outbound cold calls and emails
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate hirify.global solutions
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and seek new business opportunities
- Collaborate effectively with internal sales teams and external customers
- Meet and aim to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Serve as the go-to expert on hirify.global’s product offerings
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Australia or able to work remotely from Australia
- 6 months to 1+ years of experience in sales or business development roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with sales techniques including cold calling
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- Experience with sales tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Regi AI
