What you will do
- Overachieve new annual recurring revenue quota by selling security solutions in your defined territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle for Mid Market accounts, from prospecting to closing.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold-calling, targeted emails, marketing follow-ups, and channel partners.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify prospect pain points and assess product fit.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Product teams to demonstrate value and manage Proof-of-Value (POV) assessments.
- Negotiate deal terms and pricing with prospects, utilizing internal resources to close deals.
- Document sales progress within SFDC for accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of direct experience prospecting and closing new logos in a mid-market environment.
- Proven skill in negotiating with mid-large organizations and closing complex sales.
- Consistent over-quota performance, ranking in the top 5% of sales organizations.
- Technical competence in key areas such as security, email, cloud, and AI.
- Experience selling subscription software/SaaS to CISOs and security personnel.
- Success at an early-stage company or similar startup environment with limited resources.
