Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 per year

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with a BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience designing and building systems with large-scale data volumes and data ingestion systems at scale in a cloud-first setting, OR established technical excellence with a desire to learn data engineering.
• Proficiency with Spark (batch + streaming) data pipelines, primarily using Scala.
• Experience with Java for streaming event processing data pipelines.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Docker, Jenkins for CI/CD and AWS cloud infrastructure (including RDS, EC2, S3, Kinesis, ECS).
• Ownership of the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production support.
