What you will do

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients using the DV+ platform
• Support integrations for publishers, DSPs, and curators
• Collaborate with Product Management on product requirements, feedback, and testing
• Implement operational processes and reporting to drive operational excellence
• Lead revenue-generating projects to grow DV+ market share

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in London, UK
• 4+ years experience, ideally in AdTech industry
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong skills in technical writing, analytics, troubleshooting, and project management
• Proven expertise with advanced Excel functionality
• Strong communication skills and strategic independent work capability
• Comprehensive understanding of AdTech ecosystem (GAM, Prebid, OpenRTB, SSPs, DSPs)

Nice to have

• Experience working with publishers in an in-app environment
• Ability to speak Portuguese
