What you will do
- Design and develop AI-driven learning experiences across student and teacher-facing products.
- Prototype, test, and deploy LLM-based features (feedback engines, adaptive hints, question generation, teacher co-pilot tools).
- Work across React, TypeScript, Python, and GraphQL.
- Experiment with prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks.
- Collaborate with pedagogy specialists to ensure AI outputs are accurate and educationally sound.
- Contribute to AI infrastructure, including LLMOps, prompt versioning, and evaluation pipelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in fullstack or backend engineering.
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Python & GraphQL.
- Experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and model evaluation best practices.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, and education teams.
- Curious, fast learner with a product mindset and strong user empathy.
