Data Analyst

TL;DR

Data Analyst (Fintech): Deliver insight and analysis to support scaling and seamless user experience with an accent on marketing performance monitoring, AB test analysis, and cross-team collaboration. Focus on designing dashboards, conducting detailed analytics projects, and supporting feature launches to drive growth.

Location: Hybrid in Cape Town, South Africa with minimum 2 days per week in-office for levels 1-5 and 3 days for level 6 and above

What you will do

• Develop monitoring and reporting dashboards using SQL and Domo
• Collaborate with marketing to analyze channel performance
• Conduct AB test analysis to improve conversion rates
• Lead analytics projects to uncover business opportunities
• Support squads with analyses for new features and growth

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa
• Proficient in SQL and Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools like Domo or Tableau
• Strong quantitative and numerical skills
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload
• Collaborative mindset and desire to learn

Nice to have

• Knowledge of dbt, python, and analytical tools such as Amplitude
