What you will do
- Lead all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, sales, and customer retention.
- Collaborate across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan.
- Develop and manage editorial calendar and organization workflows, ensuring content consistency with brand voice.
- Manage channel distribution for digital content hubs and all supporting social channels, including email/newsletter.
- Produce well-sourced, educational editorial content for the hirify.global blog and partner initiatives.
- Be involved in editing hirify.global Alpha, a flagship research product, and promote hirify.global's thought leadership and products.
Requirements
- Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience.
- Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it.
- Ability to analyze and report on content and social performance.
- Experience with Wordpress, Google Analytics, and top social channels.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage priorities and deliver results.
- English: B2+ required
