What you will do

• Lead content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, sales, and customer retention.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan.
• Develop and manage the editorial calendar and organizational workflows.
• Oversee channel management for digital content hubs and all supporting social channels, including email/newsletter distribution.
• Measure and optimize content programs on a regular and ongoing basis.
• Promote research and trading ideas, as well as hirify.global exchange products and hirify.global Securities products, in various forums.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
• Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience.
• Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it.
• Ability to analyze and report on content and social performance.
• Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, and top social channels.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage priorities of multiple stakeholders and focus on delivery of results.
• English: B2 required.
