What you will do

• Collaborate seamlessly with your agile team during sprint cycles.
• Partner with software architects to conceive and develop new applications supporting hirify.global's ecosystem.
• Craft and maintain microservices utilizing Java, Rust, Golang, and JS.
• Implement robust DevOps pipelines to automate deployments to our Kubernetes clusters.
• Work on complex interoperability problems with different source systems.

Requirements

• University degree in computer science or technical degree with at least 5 years of engineering experience.
• English: Proficient in spoken and written.
• Experience with Java Spring Boot and Kubernetes.
• A team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary team, collaborative and proactive in sharing insights.
• Proactive and capable of independently devising solutions to complex challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.

Nice to have

• Good knowledge of Rust and/or Go.
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, and Keycloak.
• Experience in a lead-dev, architect, or engineering management position.
• Experience in the health-tech industry.
