What you will do

• Lead a team of 4 software engineers and 1 QA automation engineer in building a core product from planning to production.
• Ensure high technical standards and overcome technological challenges.
• Empower, coach, and mentor team members, set goals, and maintain engagement.
• Refine teamwork methods, tools, and technologies continuously.
• Manage team deliverables and uphold ownership and accountability.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Tel Aviv District, Israel
• 5+ years experience in C# or Java development.
• 3+ years experience leading software development teams.
• Experience building complex, large-scale web applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns (microservices, domain-driven design).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with additional tech stacks.
• Degree in Computer Science (not mandatory).
