What you will do

• Drive development of world-class AI applications delivering business results and consumer delight.
• Own product areas, define requirements, and manage end-to-end product lifecycle including launches and iterations.
• Navigate roadblocks to deliver products quickly and iteratively to users.
• Collaborate closely with Applied Science, Data Science, Engineering, UX, and Marketing teams to translate business goals into product strategy and technical requirements.
• Define goals, set performance indicators, oversee experiments, and measure success using data and research.
• Work in a fast-paced, customer-first product development environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional product teams in advertising, privacy, search, conversational AI, or generative AI.
• Proven track record delivering products with full Search and/or Advertising technology stack.
• Strong data analytics and experimentation skills with knowledge of SQL, Python, and JavaScript.
• Experience building Ads and AI consumer products, monetization products, and B2B solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
