hirify.global is a fast-growing tech startup based in Zurich providing an online platform for legal, accounting, and tax services to SMEs, focusing on automation and AI-powered solutions.

What you will do

• Groom user stories and refine technical specifications with engineers.
• Manage backlog and sprint priorities based on the roadmap.
• Lead project update meetings and coordinate stakeholders across departments.
• Analyze legal and accounting documentation relevant to product development.
• Develop AI-powered prototypes and refine UI designs and multilingual copy.
• Advocate for product strategy and user needs in collaboration with CTO and CEO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, law, business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in SaaS product management or development.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies.
• Basic technical understanding of internet technologies and SaaS architectures.
• Proficiency in English and German.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Zurich area with EU/EFTA citizenship.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and Cursor.
• Good eye for design and interface refinement.
