TL;DR

Technical Client Success Manager: Driving client success by resolving complex technical challenges and fostering strategic relationships with an accent on improving processes and technology. Focus on troubleshooting client issues, optimizing solutions, and identifying enhancement opportunities.

Location: This role follows a hybrid model (2 days working from the office and 3 days of remote work, each week) and requires candidates to be based in Manila, Philippines.

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, resolving complex technical challenges for key clients and ensuring their success.
  • Build strong, collaborative, and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate effectively across internal teams to provide exceptional technical support and customer service.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of hirify.global products and technologies to troubleshoot client issues and optimize solutions.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's business needs and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations and train clients to maximize product investment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a technical or service role within software, telecommunications, customer service, call/contact centers, or service delivery.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in technical problem-solving, including strong analytical and advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with fluency in both written and verbal English communication.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of contact center software design and functionality, with a strong understanding of technical concepts.
