What you will do

• Champion and operationalize AI-assisted development across global R&D.
• Accelerate delivery by effectively onboarding teams to use AI tools during development and testing.
• Support teams in building production-level code and leveraging AI coding agents.
• Upskill engineers through workshops and pair-programming sessions.
• Prototype and demo reference AI agents illustrating best-practice patterns.
• Proactively suggest tools and processes to improve developer experience and productivity.

Requirements

• Strong technical background with 10+ years in software engineering.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with AI coding tools (GH CP, ClaudeCode, Cursor).
• Experience developing against the AWS platform.
• Experience developing and using AI Agents.
• Experience in MCP and A2A protocols.
• Great communication skills and ability to work within a large distributed organization.
• Exceptional developer-to-developer communication and ability to work autonomously across time zones.
• Leadership and influence skills for mentoring engineers and driving cross-functional adoption.
