What you will do
- Lead and mentor a hybrid team of Professional Services Managers and Individual Contributors to deliver exceptional customer success.
- Develop and execute retention and renewal strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with sales, technical support, and partner success teams to enhance customer experience and product penetration.
- Manage team performance through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
- Oversee account assignments and maintain competitive product knowledge.
- Participate in recruiting, staffing decisions, and be available on-call as needed.
Requirements
- Location: Based in Manila, Philippines with hybrid work model (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.
- 12+ years in customer service, contact center, or B2B technology with 5+ years in management.
- Experience leading remote teams and strong public speaking skills.
- Ability to work on-call and travel as needed.
