What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain hirify.global CX products and features across all technology tiers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and security best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production and development environments.
• Support CI/CD processes and automation improvements.
• Collaborate in an agile team environment and assist other developers.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Cochabamba, Bolivia with hybrid work format
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, Angular, JavaScript, SQL, and AWS services.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and RESTful APIs.
• English: B2 level or higher required
