What you will do

• Develop and maintain testing methodologies for CRM workflows and communications.
• Execute and document tests across email and automation journeys, validating functionality, logic, and data accuracy.
• Support the Senior CRM & Automation Manager in ensuring workflows meet business and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with delivery, compliance, and technical teams to ensure thorough communication testing.
• Maintain clear documentation of test plans, outcomes, and workflow structures.
• Identify and escalate issues or bugs, working with relevant teams to resolve them before live deployment.

Requirements

• Understanding of CRM platforms and customer engagement workflows.
• Familiarity with testing principles and QA methodologies.
• Awareness of data privacy and compliance considerations in customer communications.
• Experience testing email campaigns or automated workflows in a CRM or marketing automation platform.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, compliance, and tech.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Nice to have

• Marketing (or related field) degree or relevant experience.
• Basic certification in testing, QA, or CRM platforms.
• Exposure to documentation and workflow mapping tools.
