What you will do

• Manage organizational changes including new technologies, business models, and process optimizations.
• Develop and implement change strategies such as impact analysis, readiness assessments, communication, and training plans.
• Design, optimize, and implement new client processes.
• Manage stakeholders across entire organizations.
• Prepare decision-making processes at various organizational levels to realize change.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the Netherlands
• Completed Bachelor’s and Master’s degree with numerical component.
• 1-5 years relevant consultancy experience.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
• Strong conceptual thinking, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage difficult stakeholders and work as a team player.
