TL;DR

Director, US Institutional Sales (Digital Assets): Driving institutional client base expansion in the North America region with an accent on OTX spot trading, financing, and derivative products. Focus on spearheading strategic initiatives with VCs, Asset Managers, and Private Wealth to grow regional revenues.

Location: Remote (United States). Must be based in North America and able to work from New York, Illinois, Florida, Chicago, or New Jersey.

Salary: $150,000–$250,000 pa plus commission.

What you will do

  • Implement and execute sales strategies for OTC spot, derivatives, and structured products, expanding the financing portfolio.
  • Identify and qualify high-value leads, driving end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients, delivering tailored investment and financing solutions.
  • Collaborate with trading, product, and technology teams to design bespoke solutions and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights from market analysis to internal stakeholders for product development and market positioning.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in institutional sales within financial services, with at least 2+ years in digital assets sales.
  • Extensive knowledge of OTC sales & trading, financing, derivatives (options, futures, structured products), and blockchain ecosystems.
  • Proven track record as an Individual Contributor in successfully engaging with VCs, Hedge Funds, and/or private wealth, and closing complex deals.
  • Strong institutional network in both crypto and traditional finance sectors.
  • Familiarity with trading concepts, market-making algorithms, and financial analysis tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.

  • Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM).
  • Passion for digital assets, DeFi, and the tokenized economy.
