What you will do

• Develop org-wide solutions using Power Platform, focusing on Model Driven, Canvas Applications, and Power Automate Cloud Flows.
• Support the maker community in building their own applications, providing technical guidance and best practice techniques.
• Ensure the solutions are simple, structured, and not over-engineered or complex.
• Keep up to date with the evolution of Power Platform and evaluate risks and opportunities of new developments.
• Share knowledge across the business, especially with the Power Platform team/community to foster innovation and collaboration.

Requirements

• Functional and technical knowledge of the full suite of Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Pages and Power BI).
• Experience of code-based development (JavaScript, JSON, C#).
• Knowledge of extending the use of Power Platform, using code-based development techniques and custom components.
• Ability to develop Digital solutions, using best practice approaches (Global variables, Reusable components, Solution Design, Business Rules).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Eco-System (Entra, Blob Storage, App Insights).
• Understanding of ALM process and deployment procedures, including solution-based deployment.
• Confident communicator with the ability to define solutions to business problems.
• Experience of working in agile software development methodologies.
