Location: Hybrid with mandatory presence in Paris office 2-3 times per week

What you will do

• Design and enforce security methods and controls ensuring data and system integrity and confidentiality.
• Lead hands-on implementation of security solutions and manage security projects from inception to rollout.
• Identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities proactively.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures focused on data and funds security.
• Collaborate with IT, Infra, R&D, Web3, HR, and business units to align security initiatives with business goals.
• Contribute to ongoing security operations and monitoring functions.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid with presence in Paris office 2-3 times per week
• English: B2 level or higher
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, security architecture, risk assessments, and vulnerability management.
• Experience with IAM systems such as Okta, and managing EDR and MDM solutions.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards like SOC 2, ISO 27001:2022, DORA, NIST, especially in financial or crypto sectors.
• Background in Web3, DeFi, crypto trading platforms, or digital asset security is highly advantageous.
