What you will do

• Design, develop, and test innovative RPA solutions in an agile way.
• Coordinate with clients and end-users on specifications, design, and end product.
• Lead Proof of Concepts and innovative development projects by DevOps teams.
• Train and coach business consultants and junior developers in RPA.
• Co-develop hirify.global's RPA proposition.
• For senior candidates: Lead one or more DevOps teams or major projects and contribute as a trusted advisor in building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Located in the Netherlands.
• A completed Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics.
• 2+ years of working experience as an RPA developer.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Certification in and/or hands-on experience with UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, Kofax, and/or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience with Low-Code development, Application, information or integration architecture, .NET, AI, text analytics, Cloud Infrastructure, CI/CD, and/or visualization environments.
