What you will do

• Understand business issues and challenges of client organizations and industries.
• Work with stakeholders to investigate feedback and gather business requirements.
• Use data modeling to analyze findings and suggest operational improvements.
• Communicate benefits of recommendations and manage business requirements through change lifecycle.
• Conduct business change impact assessments and evaluate solution options.
• Support testing activities including development and execution of test scripts.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom
• Approximately 5 years of business analysis experience in project delivery environments.
• Experience working in scrum teams and supporting product owners.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and mediate between technical details and business objectives.
• Understanding of Waterfall and Agile delivery models.
• Stakeholder management skills and experience supporting testing activities.
