Location: Hybrid in Madrid with three days a week onsite

What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize full-stack features focusing on backend technologies with some frontend involvement.
• Develop software automating complex compliance workflows for international clients.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers in small agile teams.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Own architecture and design of JavaScript-based solutions optimizing performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical strategy and innovation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Madrid with hybrid work attendance.
• English: C1 proficiency required.
• Strong full-stack development experience with backend focus on Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with web services (REST, GraphQL) and version control (Git).
• Product mindset and agile development experience.

Nice to have

• Frontend experience with React.
• Spanish language skills.
