What you will do

  • Build clean, maintainable features and resolve end-to-end issues with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Proactively manage technical debt to ensure system security, resilience, and reliability.
  • Improve testing strategies to uphold exceptional customer experiences, focusing on security, usability, and accessibility.
  • Participate in code reviews, considering functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Enhance team practices across security, quality, deployment, monitoring, and operations.
  • Contribute to team discussions, knowledge sharing, and continuous skill development aligned with your role.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with at least two of Dynamics 365 (Customer Service or Sales), Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SSRS, Logic Apps, or Azure Data Factory.
  • Strong grasp of software testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern release strategies.
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
  • Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Skilled in debugging and solving complex technical challenges.
  • Collaborative mindset and effective teamworking skills.
