What you will do
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit new strategic partners aligned with go-to-market strategy.
- Oversee partner onboarding and continuous enablement, acting as escalation point.
- Collaborate on co-branded initiatives and joint campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Manage partner relationships, resolve challenges, and align on business goals.
- Initiate and manage strategic initiatives including co-development and joint offerings.
- Drive partner-sourced revenue growth and track partner performance with KPIs.
Requirements
- Location: Based in or near Mannheim, Germany with hybrid work setup
- Minimum 3 years experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management in software, SaaS, or ESG industries.
- Proven track record in partner acquisition and lifecycle management with revenue impact.
- Fluency in German and English required.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and commercial mindset.
