DevOps Engineer

What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize scalable CI/CD pipelines for fast and secure software delivery.
• Create automation scripts and tooling using Azure DevOps, Bash, and TypeScript.
• Integrate static code analysis and quality assurance tools to maintain code quality and security.
• Monitor and optimize application and infrastructure performance for reliability and cost efficiency.
• Embed security best practices and compliance controls into deployment processes.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product owners to improve build and release workflows.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Madrid with hybrid work (minimum 3 days onsite)
• English: C2 level required
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong Linux and scripting skills (TypeScript or JavaScript) for automation.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German language.
