What you will do

• Serve as primary finance contact for business units and international subsidiaries.
• Prepare, manage, and reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Prepare monthly reports for management and investors, and internal reports for business units.
• Develop and implement new standard reports and conduct ad-hoc analyses.
• Contribute to budgeting, multi-year planning, and ongoing forecasts.
• Participate in special projects such as ERP implementation, internationalization strategies, or M&A processes.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration or a comparable commercial education.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in controlling.
• Strong analytical skills and numerical understanding, with basic knowledge of HGB and IFRS.
• Ability to work within and further develop complex IT structures, with experience in standardizing and digitizing controlling processes.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems; ideally with experience in NetSuite.
• Fluent German (C2) and very good English skills (B2 or higher).
