What you will do

• Lead creation and implementation of enterprise, conceptual, logical, or physical data models.
• Drive modelling standards and best practices across projects and domains.
• Act as a sparring partner on data governance, definitions, and quality.
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions to define key data entities and relationships.
• Align with architects, analysts, and engineers to integrate models into scalable solutions.
• Coach and support mid-level and junior consultants in modelling techniques and tooling.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the Netherlands.
• 5+ years of experience in data modelling, data architecture, data management, and analytics products.
• Proven expertise in data warehousing, BI/reporting, and enterprise modelling methodologies (Data Vault, Kimball, Inmon, Graph).
• Proficient with modelling tools such as PowerDesigner, ER/Studio, Sparx EA, and dbt.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong communication skills to connect business goals with data structures.
