What you will do

• Lead delivery of multiple projects and workstreams aligned to business case objectives
• Define and manage operating model transformation plans, milestones, and resources
• Establish governance structures and facilitate working groups and steering committees
• Drive structured change across tooling, people, processes, and governance
• Shape and conduct business analysis to support operating model design and implementation
• Communicate progress and risks clearly to senior stakeholders and executive audiences

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Hove, United Kingdom
• Experience in project/programme management and business analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex transformation initiatives
• Effective communication with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or ARIS
• Knowledge of operating model components and frameworks (BABOK, BIZBOK, Prince2)
