What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams through full lifecycle of strategic data projects and programmes.
• Manage deliverables, milestones, risks, scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Align stakeholders at multiple organizational levels to translate vision into clear deliverables.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery methods adapted to client environments.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders from sprint reviews to steering committees.
• Contribute to internal frameworks, standards, and best practices in project and programme management.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the Netherlands
• 5+ years experience including 3+ years managing data projects, programmes, or teams.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, BI/reporting, and data governance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills at operational and executive levels.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Prince2, and project management methodologies.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
