TL;DR

Location: Manila, Philippines (Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

What you will do

  • Drive client success by resolving complex technical challenges and ensuring effective use of hirify.global products.
  • Build and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional technical support and customer service.
  • Leverage deep product knowledge to troubleshoot and optimize client solutions.
  • Understand client business needs to identify opportunities for enhanced success.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and training to maximize client investment.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines with hybrid work model (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years experience in technical or service roles in software, telecommunications, or customer service.
  • Strong technical problem-solving and advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Working knowledge of contact center software and technical concepts.
