- Leverage deep product knowledge to troubleshoot and optimize client solutions.
- Understand client business needs to identify opportunities for enhanced success.
- Develop and deliver presentations and training to maximize client investment.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines with hybrid work model (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years experience in technical or service roles in software, telecommunications, or customer service.
- Strong technical problem-solving and advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Working knowledge of contact center software and technical concepts.
