What you will do

• Build and maintain data pipelines using Apache Beam and Dataflow under senior guidance
• Develop ingestion patterns for batch and near real-time workflows
• Write Python and SQL for data transformations, validations, and automation
• Manage data transformations and testing with dbt or Dataform
• Support production workloads by monitoring pipelines and tuning performance
• Collaborate with analysts, scientists, and engineers and participate in code reviews

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Bulgaria or Poland or able to work hybrid/remote from these locations
• Experience with GCP tools: Dataflow, Apache Beam, BigQuery, Cloud Storage
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data tasks
• Familiarity with dbt or Dataform for data transformations and testing
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and production monitoring
• English: Intermediate+ (B2) required

Nice to have

• Experience with Pub/Sub or event streaming tools
• Exposure to Dataproc or Spark
• Familiarity with Vertex AI or ML workflows
• Knowledge of orchestration tools like Composer or Airflow
