What you will do

• Assist with setup, management, and optimization of Meta and Google ad campaigns
• Implement campaign updates and adjustments based on performance insights
• Review performance trends and recommend optimization strategies
• Prepare performance reports and maintain tracking dashboards
• Collaborate with Performance Manager to execute optimization plans
• Ensure quality control of ads, creative assets, and tracking parameters

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing Meta and/or Google Ads campaigns
• Strong data interpretation and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with digital marketing fundamentals and multi-account environments
• Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Looker Studio, Google Analytics 4, and reporting tools
