What you will do
- Design and lead workshops with senior stakeholders to uncover insights and creative direction.
- Develop platform-native ad concepts across Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels.
- Utilize customer listening and performance data to inform creative decisions.
- Confidently brief creators, refine ad concepts, and build scalable testing frameworks.
- Present, advise, and challenge thinking in a fast-paced client environment.
Requirements
- Digital-native thinker with expertise in paid-media best practices (Meta essential; TikTok/Google/Snap beneficial).
- Deep experience interpreting data, using analytics platforms/reporting tools, and turning performance signals into actionable creative direction.
- Strong presenter with excellent storytelling, communication, and workshop-facilitation skills.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple briefs across several client accounts with speed and clarity.
- Skilled in strategy and execution, from running audits and developing personas to writing briefs, testing roadmaps, and refining assets.
