What you will do

• Develop and maintain the hirify.global iOS app from early stages to ongoing iterations
• Write simple, well-tested, and robust Swift code following good engineering principles
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, backend and mobile engineers in cross-functional squads
• Take ownership of features and contribute to product impact and user experience
• Mentor junior engineers to support their professional growth
• Participate in continuous integration and automation efforts

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher
• Location: Hybrid work with presence in London, Athens, or Cyprus offices encouraged
• Strong understanding of iOS SDK and frameworks
• Proficiency in Swift and up-to-date with latest language features
• Experience shipping and iterating apps on the App Store
• Ability to write testable code and understand testing strategies

Nice to have

• Experience with The Composable Architecture and SwiftUI
• Experience with Combine and async/await
• Experience with backend technologies
• Participation in open-source projects
• Experience with end-to-end testing
