Location: Hybrid with offices in London, Athens, and Nicosia; at least 2 days per week in office

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the hirify.global Android app using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to create delightful user experiences
• Work within small cross-functional squads focused on specific missions and KPIs
• Write simple, well-tested code with a conservative approach to external frameworks
• Participate in agile development processes and continuous integration setup

Requirements

• Hybrid work model with at least 2 days per week in London, Athens, or Nicosia offices
• Strong Kotlin programming skills and knowledge of Android architecture patterns
• Experience with Jetpack Compose and dependency injection
• Familiarity with Git strategies, CI, unit testing, REST, and JSON
• Good design sense and ability to implement Material Design
• English proficiency at least B2 level
