What you will do

• Oversee daily operations of a global moderation team, ensuring full 24/7 coverage across platforms.
• Build and manage rotating schedules, adjusting as needed for absences and peak activity.
• Monitor and moderate comments on YouTube videos during critical upload windows.
• Proactively review and moderate content across Reddit and Discord communities, following established guidelines.
• Identify and remove inappropriate comments, spam, bot activity, and negative content.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to improve consistency and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role, ideally in social media moderation, customer support, or BPO.
• Strong workforce management and scheduling skills with the ability to balance global coverage needs.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Reddit, Discord, and platform-specific moderation tools.
• High attention to detail for identifying inappropriate or spam content.
• Reliable internet connection and commitment to scheduled shift work.
